Senior (2017): Indoor: Moved into ninth on program all-time indoor record list in the 5,000-meter at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho… placed sixth at WAC Championships in 5K… placed fourth in the mile (5:31.65) at the Boise Jackson Indoor Invite… Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Finished with second best time in school history in the 3,000-meter in victory at home in the UVU Collegiate Invitational… recorded the fifth fastest time in program history in the 5,000-meter (17:12.41) at the Mt. SAC Relays… named WAC Track Athlete of the Week after placing third in the 5,000-meter in season opener at UNLV Spring Invitational… placed first 17:14.86 in the 5K at San Diego State’s Aztec Invitational… also added a third-place finish in the 3K (10:01.71) at the UC Riverside Spring Invitational… took eighth in the 10,000-meter at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Edinburg, Texas.
 
Junior (2016): Indoor: Posted a season-best time of 10:35.31 in the 3,000-meter at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho… finished 11th (18:41.02) in the 5,000-meter at the WAC Championships… placed fourth in the 3K (11:15.11) at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational… Outdoor:  Logged a season-best 17:59.61 in the 10,000-meter to place 10th at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Kansas City, Mo. … took third in the 5,000-meter (18:06.67) at home in the UVU Collegiate Invite… finished with a season-best time of 37:23.56 at the Mt. SAC Relays… Academic All-WAC.

Sophomore/Redshirt (2014): Indoor: Placed 17th in the 3000m run at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time 10:42.59 ... also took 11th in the 3000 at the Boise State Challenge (10:46.85) ... Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: redshirted the 2017 outdoor season.

Freshman (2013): Indoor: Won the 5000m (17:46.40), took second in the 3000m (10:16.61), third in the distance medley relay (12:48.93) and fourth in the mile (5:13:43) ... won the 3000m (10:25.15) at the ISU Open and the 5000m (17:49.51) at the Jackson[apos]s Open and Multi at Idaho State ... posted personal records in the 800m (2:28.42), mile (5:12.09), 3000m (10:16.48) and the 5000m (17:46.40) ... Outdoor: Placed fifth in the 5000m (18:15.01) and eighth (4:56.23) in the 1500m at the GWC Outdoor Championships ... took fourth in the 5000m (18:34.93) ... put up a personal record in the 1500m (4:56.23).
