At Utah Valley ...
REDSHIRT ~ (2014): Redshirted both the indoor and outdoor seasons.

FRESHMAN ~ (2011): (INDOOR) Placed fourth in the distance medley relay (10:41.59) and 29th in the 3000m (9:30.47) at the Great West Conference Indoor Championships ... posted a season best of 9:20.46 in the 3000m at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invite ... (OUTDOOR) took 10th in the 3000m steeplechase (10:38.39) and 16th in the 5000m (16:27.40) at the GWC Outdoor Championships ... placed third in the 3000m steeplechase at the UNLV Classic (10:52.06) and fifth in the 3000m at the UVU Open (9:52.98) ... had season bests in the 800m (2:07.36), 1500m (4:22.38), mile (4:39.61), 5000m (16:02.16) and 3000m steeplechase (10:38.39).

Before Utah Valley ...
Region 1 Champion in 2009 and team won state title in 2008. Elected to the All-State team in 2009.
