Senior (2018): Outdoor: Posted a season best of 1:56.02 in the 800 at the BYU Robison Invitational. Indoor: competed in the 800 and distance medley relay at the 2018 WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships… helped men's DMR squad to a runner-up finish at the WAC Championships with a time of 10:24.82… ran a time of 1:59.08 in the 800 at the conference championship meet.

Junior (2017): Indoor: Posted a season-best 800-meter time of 1:54.02 to place second at the Weber State Winter Open… won the 800 at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational with a time of 1:57.45… finished sixth in the 800-meter (1:56.21) at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho… ranked third in the WAC in the 800… Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Tallied a season-best mark of 1:55.72 in the 800-meter at the Long Beach State Beach Invitational… placed fourth in the 800 (1:56.15) at the UC Riverside Spring Classic in personal season debut… ranked sixth in the WAC in the 800-meter… Academic All-WAC.
 
Sophomore (2016): Indoor: Recorded the fourth fastest 800-meter time in program history at the Weber State Wildcat Winter Open (1:53.66)… also earned a victory in the 800 at Weber State… took third in the 800-meter at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invitational… finished third in the 800 at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho… Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Finished with the fourth-best 800-meter time in UVU history at UNLV Spring Invitational… also won the 800 in the season opener at UNLV… placed second in the 800-meter (1:53.42) at the UVU Collegiate Invitational… ranked third in the WAC in the 800… Academic All-WAC.

Freshman (2013): Indoor: Won the 800m with a time of 1:56.42 at the Wildcat Indoor on Feb. 16 ... took second in the 4x400m relay (3:21.82) and sixth in the 400m (49.88) at the Bronco Classic. Outdoor: placed third in the 800m (1:52.80) at the BYU Robison Invitational ... finished fourth in the 4x400m relay at the Beach Invite with a time of 3:15.53 ... posted personal records in the 400m (48.68) and the 800m (1:52.80).

High School: Prepped at Salem Hills High School in Salem, Utah...4A Utah State Champion in the 400m...Helped Salem Hills place 2nd in 4X400m relay at the 2009 3A Utah State Championships...Also played basketball.
