Senior (2018): Indoor: Named WAC Female Outstanding Track Performer at the WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships… earned All-WAC first team recognition in the 5000-meter and 3000-meter races… etched her name in the conference record books as the second runner in WAC history to win three straight 5K individual championships… swept the 3000-meter and 5000-meter WAC titles in her final indoor conference championships meet… topped her own program record in her 5K victory at the Mountain States Games with a time of 16:54.44… added a personal record in the mile with a time of 5:09.69 at Weber State’s Wildcat Winter Open… Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Garnered All-WAC first team honors in the 10,000-meter race and All-WAC second team recognition for the 5000-meter run… finished third in the 10K at the WAC Championships with a time of 36:22.03… took fourth in the 5K conference championship race (17:40.54)… posted a career best of 4:47.38 in the 1500 at the UC Riverside Spring Classic… moved into third all-time on UVU’s outdoor record chart in the 5000-meter with a personal record of 16:46.12 at UC Irvine… tallied the third fastest 3K time in program history in the UVU Collegiate Invite.

Junior (2017): Indoor: Repeated as the WAC individual champion in the women’s 5,000-meter (17:32.18) at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho… finished with a season best time of 10:14.82 in the 3,000-meter to place fourth at the WAC Indoor Championships… Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Recorded a personal season best of 17:04.45 in the 5,000-meter at the Mt. SAC Relays… clocked a season best time in the 10,000-meter (38:47.29) in her fifth-place finish at the WAC Championships… placed second in the 5K (17:55.30) at the BYU Robison Invitational… took third at San Diego State’s Aztec Invitational in the 5K… aided Wolverine women to victory at UC Riverside with a fourth-place finish in the 3,000-meter behind a season best time of 10:19.39.

Sophomore (2016): Indoor: Named WAC Outstanding Track Performer… captured first career WAC individual titles in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter at WAC Indoor Championships in Boise… tallied the program’s fifth all-time fastest mark (10:04.48) in the 3K at the WAC Championships… became the program record holder in the indoor 5,000-meter (17:20.12) with first-place finish at the Mountain State Games… set a new indoor personal record in her 5K (17:23.39) conference championship victory... Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Earned WAC Outstanding Track Performer… claimed UVU’s first-ever individual championships in the 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Kansas City, Mo. … named WAC Track Athlete of the Week after recording the second fastest 10,000-meter time (34:42.13) in school history at the Mt. SAC Relays… finished first at the UVU Collegiate Invitational in the 5K (16:53.01) with the program’s fourth all-time best mark... USTFCCCA Division I All-Academic Team... Academic All-WAC.

Freshman (2015): Indoor: Named to All-WAC Indoor Academic team... named to Second Team for both the 3000m run fourth place and mile sixth at the WAC Indoor Championships with times of (10:50.34) and (5:19.63) ... posted second place finish at the Air Force Indoor Team Challenge in the 3000m with a time of (10:47.42), also place third in the mile with a personal best time of (5:15.08) ... ran season best at Snake River Open 2015 with a time of (10.28.59) placing sixth . Outdoor: Earned Second Team All-WAC honors after placing fifth in the 10,000m run with a time of (39:05.14) at the WAC Indoor Championships ... placed third at the 2015 Triton Invitational with a season best time of (10:10.16) in the 3000m ... placed fifth at the UNLV Spring Invitational in the 5000m with a time of (17:51.90) ... recorded outdoor personal best in the 5000m with a time of (17:29.39).
