SENIOR ~ (2015): Named to the Academic All-WAC teams for both indoor and outdoor teams ... (INDOOR) placed eighth at the Jacksons Open 2015 in the 60m dash with a time of 8.26 seconds ... ran a season best in the 60m dash at 2015 BYU Cougar Indoor with a time of 8.18 seconds ... posted personal best in 55m dash at Wildcat Indoor with a time of 7.57 seconds placing seventh ... recorded season best in the 200 with a time of 26.81 seconds placing fifth overall ...  (OUTDOOR) placed fourth in both the 100 (13.14) and 200 (26.84) at the UNLV Randall Cunningham Track Classic ... posted season best for outdoor campaign in the 100 at 2015 UVU Collegiate Invitational with a time of 12.72 seconds ... also marked season best in 200 (26.03) and 400 (1:00.28). 

JUNIOR ~ (2014): Named to both the winter and spring Academic All-WAC teams ... also named the Perry Homes Scholar Athlete of the Month in January ... (INDOOR) placed sixth in the 4x400m relay at the WAC Indoor Championships with a time of 3:52.02 and 17th in the 60m dash (8.02) ... took third in the 4x400 at the Mountain States Games (3:55.94) and fifth in the 60 (8.09) ... posted personal records of 7.99 in the 60 and 43.37 in the 300 on the season ... (OUTDOOR) took fifth in the 4x100m relay (47.14), 14th in the 100 (12.55) and 16th in the 200 (25.58) at the WAC Outdoor Championships ... placed second in the 100 at the UNLV Classic (12.38) and third in the 200 at the UVU Collegiate (25.85) ... recorded PR[apos]s in the 100 (12.39) and 200 (25.50) on the season.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2013): Named to the Great West Conference All-Academic Team ... (INDOOR) placed third in the 60m (8.20) and third in the 300m (44.68) at the BYU Cougar Indoor Invite ... posted personal bests in the 55m (7.63) and the 60m (8.17) ... (OUTDOOR) finished second in the 200m at the Weber State Twilight Open with a time of 26.55 ... took second in the 4x100m relay with a time of 47.40 ... put up career bests in the 200m (25.79) and 400m (59.65) on the season.

FRESHMAN ~ 2012: (INDOOR) Placed eighth in the 4X400 relay (4:18.59) at the Bronco Invitational ... Finished fifth in the 300m (44.20) and seventh in the 60m (8.39) at the BYU Invitational. (OUTDOOR) Placed second in the 4x400 relay (3:47.27) and second in the 4x100 relary (46.86) at the Great West Conference Championships ... Placed second in the 200m (25.62w) and fourth in the 100m (12.53w) at the UVU/SUU Dual ... Placed fifth in the 100m (13.23), fifth in the 200m (25.95) and third in the 4x100 relay (49.17) at the UVU/ISU Dual ... Finished third in the 4x400 relay (4:02.82) at the SDSU Aztec Invitational.

Orem HS senior record holder in the 200m (25.43)...Region champion in the 100m, 200m and 4x100 relay...Place fourth in state in the 100m and 200m and third in the 4x100 relay...Academic All-Region and All-State in cross country and track...Also played soccer.

Born Oct. 7, 1992...Is the daughter of Regie and Sharon Peterson...Graduated from Orem HS in 2011 with a 4.0 GPA...Plans to major in exercise science...Mother coached basketball, volleyball, softball and cheerleading at UVU...Also recruited by Utah State, Weber State, Westminster College and Wyoming...In free time she plays the piano, bikes, swims and reads. She also likes to try new culture foods...Has a goal to compete in an Ironman...Involved in the National Honor Society, Operation Smile, Model United Nations and choir...Sewed hundreds of blankets and pillowcases, crocheted winter hats and build wooden toys for humanitarian projects.
