SENIOR ~ (2010): (INDOOR) Ran the 400m dash at the BYU Indoor Invitational in 53.53 ... his 4x400m relay team ran a 3:36.42 at ISU[apos]s Bengal Shoot Out ... (OUTDOOR) at SUU[apos]s Eccles Coliseum Spring Meet ran the 400m dash in 53.19 which was a season high.

JUNIOR ~ (2009): (INDOOR) at the BYU Invite to open the season had a time of 52.75 in the 400m run ... had a long jump of 17[apos]03[quote] at the Wilson Motor Invite at Utah State ... (OUTDOOR) Did not compete.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2008): (INDOOR) at the BYU Invite had a time of (7.94) in the 60m and (37.86) in the 300m ... had a time of (53.13) in the 400m at the Snake River Invite ... posted a time of (24.83) in the 200m at the Mountain States Games ... (OUTDOOR) had times of (53.31) in the 400m and (24.15) in the 200m at the BYU Invite ... at the BYU Robison Invite had a time of (2:04.90) in the 800m and had a javelin throw of (142[apos]01[quote]) ... at the NAC Championships had a time of (52.53) in the 400m, a javelin throw (110[apos]02[quote]), and a long jump of (17[apos]07.75[quote]).

Prepped at Addison Trail High School in Addison, IL ... was the Track & Field Team Captain ... the anchor in the 4x400-meter relay team that set a school record ... won an MVP Award ... also played football in high school.
