At Utah Valley:
JUNIOR ~ (2010): (INDOOR) Placed second in the pentathlon at the GWC Indoor Championships at USD with 3046 total points, seventh in the high jump (1.50m or 4[apos]-11[quote]), and seventh in the 60m hurdles with 9.50 ... was UVU[apos]s top performer in the pentathlon on the season with 3147 points ... also posted season bests of 9.34 in the 60m hurdles, 1:00.48 in the 400m dash, and 2:29.53 in the 800m run ... (OUTDOOR) placed second in the heptathlon at the GWC Outdoor Championships in Yankton, S.D. with 4417 total points, fifth in the 400m hurdles (1:04.22), and ninth in the 100m hurdles (15.64) as she helped her team repeat as conference champions ... was UVU[apos]s top performer in the heptathlon on the year with the 4417 tally ... had season bests of 15.17 (100m hurdles), 1:04.22 (400m hurdles), 26.71 (200m), and 2:26.55 in the 800m run.
SOPHOMORE ~ (2009): (INDOOR) At the GWC Indoor Championships at the University of South Dakota placed 4th in the pentathlon with 2886 total points, ran the 60m hurdles in 9.78 and the 400m dash in 1:02.81 ... at the BYU Invite to open the year had times of 8.53 in the 60m dash, 9.80 in the 60m hurdles, and 1:03.85 in the 400m dash ... (OUTDOOR) at the GWC Outdoor Championships in Houston, Texas placed 4th in the heptathlon with 4027 total points, 3rd in the 400m hurdles (1:03.82), 7th in the 100m hurdles (15.99), 8th in the javelin throw (98[apos]05[quote]), and had jumps of 4[apos]07[quote] in the high jump and 15[apos]03.50[quote] in the long jump ... at the SUU Invitational in Cedar City, Utah had times of 15.38 in the 100m hurdles, 1:04.54 in the 400m hurdles, adn a jump of 15[apos]06[quote] in the long jump.
FRESHMAN ~ (2008): (INDOOR) had a time of (10.38) in the 60m hurdles, (2:43.40) in the 800m, a high jump of (4[apos]10.25[quote]), a long jump of (10[apos]09.50[quote]), and shot put throw of (23[apos]07.[quote]) at the BYU Invite ... (OUTDOOR) at the BYU Invite had times of (15.67) in the 100m hurdles, (1:05.82) in the 400m hurdles, a long jump of (14[apos]08.[quote]), and a shot put throw of (30[apos]08.25[quote]) ... at the Mark Faldmo Invite at Utah State had time of (15.27) in the 100m hurdles ... at the NAC Championships took 1st in the 400m hurdles (1:04.31), and 2nd in the 100m hurdles (15.74), and had a javelin throw of (66[apos]01.25[quote]).
Before Utah Valley: Prepped at Rich High School in Randolph, Utah ... her high school team won State both her junior and senior seasons ... was named the 1A Athlete of the Year both her junior and senior years ... a State Champion in the 100m hurdles, 300m hurdles, medley and took second in State in the 400m dash ... also played volleyball and basketball in high school ... was a Deseret News MVP in volleyball her senior year averaging 39 kills per game and was a volleyball State Champion all four years.
Personal: Graduated from Rich High School in 2007 ... major at UVU is Outdoor Recreation Management ... hobby outside of her sport in everything ... her sister Danelle played volleyball at Salt Lake C.C. ... was also recruited by Colorado State, Snow College, Western Wyoming, to name a few ... parents are Dan and Donna.
