JUNIOR ~ (2010): (INDOOR) Placed seventh in the 1-mile run at the GWC Indoor Championships at USD with a time of 4:30.10, 11th in the 3000m run (9:01.81), and 13th in the 800m run (2:01.23) ... had season best times of 2:00.20 in the 800m run, 4:20.26 in the 1-mile run, and 8:52.38 in the 3000m run ... (OUTDOOR) placed fourth in the 1500m run at the GWC Outdoor Championships in Yankton, S.D. with a time of 3:55.37 and ninth in the 5000m run (15:36.19) ... had season best times of 1:59.01 in the 800m run, 3:55.37 in the 1500m run, 9:02.18 in the 3000m run, and 15:36.19 in the 5000m run.

SOPHOMORE ~ (2009): (INDOOR) Named to the Great West Conference All-Academic Team ... at the GWC Indoor Championships at the University of South Dakota he won the 3000m run (8:42.56) and placed 2nd in the distance medley relay as his team finished with a time of 10:09.38 ... had a time of 4:13.74 in the mile run and his distance medley relay team broke the school record with a time of 10:02.83 at the Mountain States Games at Idaho State ... (OUTDOOR) broke the school record in the mile run with a time of 4:09.75 at the BYU Robison Invite ... at the GWC Outdoor Championships in Houston, Texas placed 2nd in the 800m run (1:55.86), 2nd in the 1500m run (3:54.37), and 3rd in the 5000m run (15:14.07) ... ran the 800m run in 1:54.92 and the 3000m run in 8:43.92 at the SUU Invitational in Cedar City.

REDSHIRTED ~ (2008): Redshirted the 2008 season ... while competing unattached ... (OUTDOOR) had a time (4:01.24) in the 1500m ... at the Mark Faldmo Invite at Utah State had a time of (15:27.94) in the 5000m ... ran the mile at the BYU Robison Invitational in (4:16.16).

Prepped at Mountain View High School ... high school team won the high school nationals in 2002 in cross country ... team was three-time cross country champions (2001, 2002 and 2003) ... track team took state in 2003 ... won the 4A state mile race as a junior and senior ... won the state 800 meter race as a senior and took second as a junior ... took 10th at state in cross country junior year and second senior year ... also lettered in swimming.
