AT UTAH VALLEY...
SOPHOMORE ~ (2010): (INDOOR) Did not compete ... (OUTDOOR) posted season best throws of 11.08m in the shot put at SUU[apos]s Eccles Coliseum Spring Meet, 39.30m in the discus at the BYU Robison Invitational, and 39.72m also at the BYU Robison Invitational.

FRESHMAN ~ (2009): At the BYU Invite to open the indoor season had a throw of 38[apos]00.25[quote] in the weight throw ... had a weight throw of 40[apos]11.50[quote] at the Best Buy Wildcat Invite at Weber State ... (OUTDOOR) at the GWC Outdoor Championships placed 5th in the shot put (40[apos]01.50[quote]), 6th in the discus (126[apos]03.75[quote]), 10th in the hammer throw (112[apos]10[quote]), and 10th in the javelin throw (94[apos]02.75[quote]) ... at the SUU Invitational in Cedar City, Utah had throws of 124[apos]08[quote] in the hammer and 109[apos]03[quote] in the discus.

Before Utah Valley ... Prepped at Spanish Fork High School ... helped team win State two times ... Holds high school record for shot put and discus.

Last College ... Attended Weber State University for one year.

Personal ... Graduated from Spanish Fork High School with a 3.1 GPA ... majoring in sports medicine at UVU ... something interesting is that he has a twin ... enjoys hiking and dancing ... parents are Shawn and Terri Rowley.
