Senior (2018): Indoor: Earned All-WAC first team recognition in the women’s 4x400 relay and 400-meter dash… received All-WAC second team honors in the 60-meter dash…  helped guide UVU’s women’s 4x400 relay squad to its second straight WAC title with a time of 3:49.19… finished third in the 400 (56.90) and sixth in the 60 (8.88) at the 2018 WAC Indoor Track and Field Championships… moved into fifth in the 60 on the Wolverines’ all-time record lists at the WAC Championships… also recorded the fourth fastest indoor 400-meter time (56.79) in program history at the Jacksons Invitational… posted the school’s all-time third fastest 55-meter hurdle mark (8.36) at the Weber State Winter Open… tallied a personal record of 9.88 meters in the triple jump and 40.82 seconds in the 300-meter race at the BYU December Invite… Academic All-WAC. Outdoor: Named All-WAC first team in the 400-meter hurdles and the women’s 4x400 relay…  tabbed All-WAC second team in the long jump… aided the Wolverine’s 4x400 relay squad to school record of 3:43.96 in runner-up finish at the WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… moved into second all-time at UVU in the 400 hurdles with a career-best 1:00.27 at the BYU Robison Invitational… finished second in the 400 hurdles and sixth in the long jump at the WAC Championships… notched a season-best long jump of 5.84 meters at the conference championship meet.


Junior (2017): Indoor: Helped lead squad to 4x400 relay title with a new program record (3:48.09) at the WAC Championships in Boise, Idaho…  moved into third on the school’s all-time indoor record list in the long jump (5.62m) in second-place finish at the Weber State Winter Open… recorded the fifth highest pentathlon score (3,397 points) in program history in fourth-place finish at the WAC Championships… picked up wins in the 800-meter (2:28.42), 60-meter hurdles, (9.08), and long jump portions of the pentathlon at the WAC Championships… finished tied for sixth in UVU history in the 55-meter hurdles (8.54) in season opener at the Weber State Winter Open… finished fourth in the WAC in the pentathlon… ranked sixth in the WAC in the long jump… 11th in the WAC in the 60-hurdles… 16th in the WAC in the high jump… 17th in the WAC in the 800... Outdoor: Became UVU’s first-ever WAC 400-meter hurdles individual champion at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Edinburg, Texas… helped guide the 4x400 relay squad to a new school record (3:44.81) and second place at the WAC Championships.. also tied for the second-best time in program history in the 400-hurdles (1:00.58) at the WAC Championships… recorded the school’s all-time second best long jump mark (5.88m) in first-place finish at the Weber State Twilight meet… named WAC Field Athlete of the Week after performance at the Weber State Twilight… added the seventh-best 400-meter time in program history in second-place finish at the UVU Collegiate Invite… tallied UVU’s sixth all-time highest heptathlon score at the BYU Robison Invitational… also placed second at the BYU Robison Invitational in the heptathlon… set a new personal record in the high jump (1.59m) at the WAC Championships… posted a personal-best throw of 20.42 meters in the javelin at BYU Robison… added a career-best mark in the shot put (8.92m) portion the heptathlon at BYU… earned victories with the 4x400 relay team at the UVU Collegiate Invite (3:50.57) and Mt. SAC Relays (3:45.63)… finished the 800-meter at the BYU Robison Invitational with a new personal-best time of 2:25.32… held the WAC’s top time in the 400-hurdles on the year… ranked third in the WAC in the long jump… fifth in the WAC in the heptathlon… sixth in the WAC in the 400… 14th in the WAC in the high jump…16th in the WAC in the 200-meter… 11th in the WAC in the 100-hurdles…
 
Sophomore (2016): Indoor: Recorded the fifth best time in program history in the 500-meter (1:22.07) at the BYU Indoor Invitational… placed fourth in the pentathlon at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho, with 3,220 points… posted a season-best high jump of 1.55 meter at the WAC Championships… placed third in the long jump at the Mountain States Games with a season best of 5.25 meters… ran a season-best time of 9.30 seconds in the 60-meter hurdles portion of the pentathlon at the WAC Championships… finished fourth in the WAC in the pentathlon on the year… 16th in the WAC in the high jump and long jump… 18th in the WAC in the 60-hurdles… 19th in the WAC in the 400-meter… 22nd in the WAC in the 800-meter. Outdoor: Helped Wolverines claim its first-ever WAC title in the 4x400 relay (3:46.98) at the WAC Championships in Kansas City, Mo. … moved into eighth on program’s all-time record lists in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 14.52 seconds… won the 400-meter hurdles with a season best of 1:01.10 at the 2016 Border Clash… placed second in the long jump at the BYU Robison Invitational with a season-best leap of 5.72 meters… posted a season-best mark of 1.53 meters in the high jump at the Weber State Twilight meet… earned a victory in the 100-meter hurdles (14.73) at the Weber State Twilight…  finish third at the WAC Championships in the 400-hurdles (1:01.79)… earned a victory with the 4x400 relay squad (3:51.31) at the UVU Collegiate Invite… ran a season-best time of 14.52 in the 100-hurdles at the WAC Championships… ranked third in the WAC in the 400-hurdles… seventh in the WAC in the long jump… 10th in WAC in 100-hurdles… 19th in the WAC in the high jump...
