Freshman (2017): Concluded first season at UVU with two top-5 finishes and four top-15 finishes… picked up a third place finish in the Wolverines’ victory at the Southern Utah Invitational with a time of 14:38.1… finished 12th at the 2017 WAC Cross Country Championships with a personal season record of 17:29.6 in the 5K… clocked a season-best time of 21:09.7 in the 6K at the Santa Clara Bronco Invitational to finish 25th… placed fifth in the 5K at UNLV (18:00.4) in the squad’s first team win of the year… made debut in the three-mile race at the UVU Invitational with a 13th-place finish (19:36.6).

High School: Competed in cross country and track and field at American Fork High School… took 9th overall at the 2016 UHSAA 5A State Cross Country Championships in the Cavemen’s third consecutive state title victory as a senior…. guided AFHS to second straight state title in 2015 with an 11th-place finish…placed 16th overall at Nike Southwest Regionals in 2015 and led the Cavemen to the Utah Region IV title… helped team place sixth at Nike Cross Nationals… finished first among all AFHSrunners and placed 6th overall sophomore year at the 2014 UHSAA5A State Cross Country Championships… also led the Cavemen to the 5A state title in 2014… as a sophomore, assisted in the squad’s win at the Nike Southwest Regionals and 22nd-placefinish at Nike Cross Nationals...
