At Utah Valley...

Senior (2018): Indoor: Concluded indoor season with season-best times in the 800-meter (2:24.01), 1500-meter (5:09.05) and 3000-meter (10:46.92) races at the WAC Championships… took second in the mile (5:14.37) at the Mountain States Games… Academic All-WAC.  Outdoor: Named All-WAC first team in the 1500 and All-WAC second team in the 800… placed second (4:52.28) in the 1500-meter race at the WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… finished sixth at the WAC Championships in the women’s 800 (2:22.38)… recorded a season best of 2:18.31 in the conference championship preliminary heat to advance to the WAC final… logged her fastest 1500-meter time of the season at the Mt. SAC Relays with a time of 4:42.20.

Junior (2017): Indoor: Finished with a season best of 5:21.03 in the mile at the WAC Indoor Championships in Boise, Idaho… helped UVU women’s distance medley relay squad to the eighth fastest time (12:35.79) in program history at the WAC Indoor Championships. Outdoor: Moved into 10th place on school’s all-time record list in the 3,000-meter at the UC Riverside Classic… ran a personal season best in the 800-meter (2:21:20) at the Beach Invitational hosted by Long Beach State… helped Wolverine women to third place at the WAC Outdoor Championships with eighth place finish in the 1,500-meter (4:41.77).
 
Sophomore (2016): Indoor: Won the mile race at the Mountain States Games with a time of 5:25.02… tallied an individual season best in the 800-meter semifinals (2:21.91) at the WAC Indoor Championships… placed eighth at the WAC Indoor Championships in the 800-meter finals. Outdoor:  Became UVU’s first-ever WAC 1,500-meter champion at the WAC Outdoor Championships in Kansas City, Mo.… Finished with the third fastest mile time in program history 5:07.17 at the BYU Robison Invitational… recorded school’s 10th all-time fastest outdoor 1,500-meter time (4:35.40) at the Mt. SAC Relays…  added a new personal record in the 800-meter (2:16.34) at the Beach Invitational hosted by Long Beach State… also finished with a new career best in the 5K, while placing (18:03.09) 11th at the WAC Championships hosted by UMKC.

Freshman (2015) Indoor: Placed fourth at the Snake River Invitational in the mile  with a time of 5:30.68 ... ran a season best in the mile at the Weber Invite with a time of 5:30.01. Outdoor: Ran a season best in the 1500m run with a time of 4:49.61 at the UNLV Spring Invitational ... also ran a season best in the 800m run with a time of 2:19.78 at the UVU Spring Invitational ...

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Lewiston High School in Lewiston, Idaho ... named the track & field and cross country MVP her senior year ... is the school record holder in the 800 and 1600m runs ... qualified for State all four years of high school ... also played soccer and basketball.

Graduated from LHS in 2014 with a 3.93 GPA ... is a member of the National Honor Society ... plans to major in pre-physical therapy ... also recruited by Southern Utah ... enjoys the outdoors, jet skiing and long boarding ... is the daughter of Craig and Sheila Ames.
