At Utah Valley…
 
Freshman (2018): Outdoor: Earned All-WAC first team honors in discus with second-place at the WAC Outdoor Track and Field Championships… also moved into second all-time in UVU history at the league championships with a personal best of 49.46 meters… picked up first career victory in the discus (47.75m) at Utah State’s Mark Faldmo Invitational…  finished second in discus (47.35m) at the UC Riverside Spring Classic...  added a shot put personal record of 10.90 meters in UVU’s Collegiate Invite… threw a season-best 36.90 meters in the hammer at the BYU Robison Invitational.

Before Utah Valley…
 
High School: Competed in track and field at Bingham High School… helped the Miners to four straight region championships from 2014-17… captured the region championship titles in the discus (39.11m) and shot put (10.23m) as a senior… recorded a personal record of 41.32 meters in the discus at the Davis Invitational in final season… finished second in the discus and fourth in shot put at the 2017 UHSAA 5A State Championships… earned the leadership award in junior and senior years… also served as the wrestling team manager at BHS.

Daughter of Gordon and Denise Allen… has one brother, Andrew, and four sisters, Bethany, Heidi, Hayley and Abigail… sister, Hayley, is high jumper on the UVU track and field team… cousins Erika and Nicole played on the women’s basketball team at Utah Valley… favorite athlete is Jim Thorpe… majoring in exercise science.
