At Utah Valley ...
SENIOR ~ (2009): Competed in three of the six races on the year for UVU ... finished in 31st place at the Wyoming Invitational in Laramie to begin the season as he put up a time of 24:08.4 (4.25 miles) ... placed 37th at SUU[apos]s Color Country Invitational in Cedar City as he finished with a time of 28:29.1 (8K). 

JUNIOR ~ (2008): Named to the 2008 Great West Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... competed in all six of the Wolverines events in 2008 ... placed 21st overall at the Color Country Invitational in Cedar City, Utah (27:38.20 - 8K) ... placed 25th overall at the Idaho State Invite (21:49.10 - 6K) ... finished 27th overall at the Great West Conference Championships in Orem, Utah (28:50.10 - 8K) ... finished seventh among UVU runners at the Montana State Invite (26:52.00 - 5 mile) ... had times of (24:00.50 - 7K at the BYU Autumn Classic) and (17:15.50 - 5K at the UVU Invitational). 

SOPHOMORE ~(2007): Competed in each of Utah Valley's six cross country meets ... recorded his best time in an eight kilometer race at the Independent Championships ... posted a time of 26:04.57 at the Independent Championships which was nearly 90 seconds better than any of the other eight kilometer races ... finished sixth among Utah Valley runners at the the BYU Autumn Classic.

Prepped at Central High School in Grand Junction, Colo. 

Other College ...
Competed at Adams State College in Alamosa, Colo. his freshman year ... was a RMAC All-Conference performer in the 2004 track season in the 3000 meter steeplechase.
