JUNIOR ~ (2009): Competed in one race on the year for UVU ... placed 45th overall at the Wyoming Invitational in Laramie, Wyo. as he posted a time of 26:07.4 (4.25 miles). 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2008): Named to the 2008 Great West Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... competed in four of the six events for the Wolverines in 2008 ... had a time of (22:26.72 - 6K) to open the season at the Idaho State Invitational ... at the BYU Autumn Classic had a time of (24:13.80 - 7K) ... posted a time of (28:37.00 - 5 mile) at the Montana State Invite ... had a time of (18:08.00 - 5K) at the UVU Invitational in Orem, Utah. 

Before Utah Valley ...
Prepped at Timpview High School ... was the Daily Herald Athlete of the Week, took first at Region in the Mile ... his high school team were Region Champs and took second in State ... also played football in high school his freshman year.

Graduated from Timpview High School in 2004 with a 3.95 GPA ... was on the Honor Roll ... is majoring in Education at UVU ... served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints to Bulgaria ... enjoys playing Settlers of Catan and disc golf ... also recruited by ISU and SUU ... parents are LaVoy and Kelly.
