JUNIOR ~ (2009): Competed in three of the six races on the year for UVU ... placed 36th at the Wyoming Invitational in Laramie, Wyo. to open the season as he posted a time of 24:44.1 (4.25 miles) ... finished in 34th place at SUU[apos]s Color Country Invitational in Cedar City as he put up a time of 28:10.5 (8K). 

SOPHOMORE ~ (2008): Named to the 2008 Great West Conference Fall All-Academic Team ... competed in all six events for the Wolverines in 2008 ... placed 15th overall at the Color Country Invitational in Cedar City, Utah (27:05.10 - 8K) ... finished 24th overall at the Great West Conference Championships in Orem, Utah (28:28.10 - 8K) ... placed 28th overall at the UVU Invitational (17:03.50 - 5K) ... had times of (21:02.97 6K at the Idaho State Invite), (23:40.20 - 7K at the BYU Autumn Classic), and (27:38.00 - 5 mile at the Montana State Invitational).

Prepped at American Fork High School ... Region Champion in 2003, a two-time Cross-Country Team Captain, as well as the Track Team Captain for a year.
